completely from Start-to-End and tested for maximum Durability & performance. We build both
Vertical(VAWT) and Horizontal(HAWT) Axis Wind Turbines with various models, Customer has a
flexibility to choose suitable Products and Design as per there needs.
Horizontal Axis Wind Turbines (HAWT)
 Horizontal Axis Wind Turbines are the most common turbine used today widely. They consist of a tall tower,
atop which sits a fan-like rotor that faces into or away from the wind, a generator and other components.
Most horizontal axis turbines built today are mostly three blades.
Horizontal Axis Wind Turbines sit high atop towers to take advantage of the stronger and less turbulent
wind at 100 feet (30 meters) or more above ground and it may vary depends on the overall elevation of
the location. Each blade acts like an airplane wing, so when wind blows, a pocket of low-pressure air
forms on the downwind side of the blade. The low-pressure air pocket then pulls the blade toward it, which
causes the rotor to turn. This is called lift. The force of the lift is actually much stronger than the wind's force
against the front side of the blade, which is called drag. The combination of lift and drag causes the rotor to
spin like a propeller, and the turning shaft spins a generator to make electricity.

Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWT)
 Vertical-axis wind turbines (VAWT) are a type of wind turbine where the main rotor shaft runs vertically. The
advantages of this arrangement are that VAWT do not need to be pointed into the wind direction.
Few Designs are Often described as looking like an eggbeater, it has vertical blades that rotate into and out
of the wind. Using aerodynamic lift, it can capture more energy than drag devices.
One of the design Savonius turbine is S-shaped if viewed from above. This drag-type turbine turns relatively
slowly but yields a high torque. It is useful for various task like grinding grain, pumping water, and many, but
its slow rotational speeds are not good for generating electricity.

Hybrid Systems
Hybrid Product & Solutions
Hybrid Product is a combination of any 2 or more Renewable energy products, such systems helps to generate more energy with the existing infrastructure and also helps to generate energy round the clock in few cases. We at ONP currently offer Hybrid systems based on Wind & Solar at present. Our engineering team is working on other innovations to deliver various other Hybrid solutions. We would like to highlight few possible Hybrid Scenarios as below.
Scenario-1
This is a combination of Wind and solar based system, it has both the input sources from Wind & Solar. This solution delivers maximum Return Of Investment(ROI) for our customers. As we all know in a year we loose about 50% of time for Low sunny day light (Including Night & Rainy days) if the solution is based on Solar power only.
Scenario-2
If the solution is based only on Wind power we loose about 30% in a year due to low wind speeds.
Hybrid Solution for Both Scenarios
To address the maximum power generation through-out the year we suggest "Hybrid" Solution. This will help our clients to generate power during the Day and Night with the help of Solar and Wind power.
Technical Specifications of Hybrid Controller
To enable the above Solution we specially designed a "Hybrid Controller" also called as "Hybrid Charge Controller". The Primary purpose of this device is to receive input from both Wind Turbine & Solar Panel and regulate the input voltage and forward the Energy to Battery bank. Also functions as perfect running performance and convenient operations with over-charge protection & Pole-reverse protection, also provides automatic Over-Charge protection for safe battery operations with continuous monitoring.

Batteries (Deep Cycle)
Primary role of Batteries is to store energy generated from Renewable Energy products and retain the charge as long as possible. During the process of operations the batteries may undergo complete discharge to its minimal level and get charged again to the maximum, for the same reason its suggested to use Deep-Cycle batteries. Deep-cycle batteries can discharge more of their stored energy while still maintaining long life.
Deep Cycle batteries has better life(cycle Life) than conventional batteries. Also this batteries support Deep Discharge mode and still can regain its original performance during charging.

Power Inverter
Power Inverter
Primary purpose of the device is to convert direct current electricity (for example, from a solar module or array) to alternating current (single or multiphase), for use in operating AC appliances or supplying power to an electricity grid.
There are mainly two type of Inverters, 1. Stand-Alone or Off-Grid Inverter and 2. Synchronous or OnGrid-Based Inverter. We provide both types to our clients depends on the requirements.
"Off-Grid" inverters are regular inverters, convert DC power stored in batteries to
AC power that can be used as needed.
"On-Grid" inverters, also called grid-tie inverters, can be used to convert the DC
output of a AC power to be connected to the utility grid. Its helps to feed
the excess energy back to grid created through solar or wind products.
Power Inverters helps in Monitoring Output/Input Current , Voltage and Running status with necessary alerts in-case. We also couple “Automatic Transfer Switches” with our Power Inverters depending on clients need.
